Kris from Western Australia was wonderful - he not only rescued me from the lift but he was also very good at calming me down. All his explanations were clear and slow, so they were easy to take in - he is one out of the box!

Amazing team of Luke and Andrew, who always come before 7 am and did not leave till dark, few days it was past 7 pm when they left, leaving the house always tidy and clean. I have been in search of a lift for my commercial property and I got in contact with Simon Dowding from the lift shop. I am not normally a person to write a review but I found Simon who is very helpful person. I got to write and share my experience with you, his pricing is very competitive, he will give you all the advice and trying to save not necessary spend to suit your budget, even help me to contact with builder to make things happen, I find he is very patient as I have lot of questions and concern and he try to patiently explain with his time in the office, he always respond and he will keep my project run as smooth as possible, I am really happy to have met him and to take care my lift.

Our lift is beautiful- we have the Q1 large and it's wonderful. Very happy with the service from their installers - friendly, courteous, skilled, and cleaned up after themselves. (Vinnie also has a wonderful singing voice!) A pleasure to work with Luke and Vincent from The Lift Shop.

A SHAMBLES AND WORSE DECISION EVER. Delays, parts missing, more delays, bad workmanship, workers not turning up, and shocking customer service when we complained. I am always suspicious of a company who wants paying up front for products so be wary as courtesy ceased the moment they got their money. We ended up with doors not square in the frame they installed. Scratched glass in the door when they tried to fix distorted rubbers. Panels and covers still missing and no date for getting them. Rude phone calls when we complain. Directors pay lip service about getting parts sometime in the future. Absolute disgrace. They just aren’t worth it.
