Kone are excellent. They work very hard to keep things maintained and running efficiently. Covid made things tough but they pushed through and rose to the top. I've seen my hardworking husband rescue people from the lifts and work so hard to make sure things are built, serviced and running well for over 10years. Every time I step into a Kone lift I feel proud✨

Having looked around for a lift to install into our new home we're building, we decided to go with West Coast Elevators. Upon entering their impressive showroom, we were shown varying lifts by the Sales Manager, Andrew. He was very informative and helpful in making our decision an easy one. In fact, we were so impressed that we referred them to a friend and he has placed an order with them too! As our journey with West Coast has just begun, I'll be adding a further review when our lift has been installed.

HelloAfter my knee operation it became difficult to navigate our stairs, so we contacted Bluesky to see what options they had with stair lifts, and we were presented with excellent customer service, we spoke to the salesperson and he was understanding of our needs without being the usual pushy sales stereotype. He was considerate and showed us a range of options that would not only be suitable for my needs, but also our budget. I would highly recommend this company if you need a stairlift fitted as their technicians are also lovely and will get the job done right.

I required the use of a wheelchair while waiting a hip replacement. I tried several companies in Perth to no avail and most seemed more interested in trying to sell me a wheelchair rather than hiring one. My first contact with Motobility Osborne Park was easy and helpful. Glenn Harris, the store manager, ensured all questions were answered and the chair was delivered. All other staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful.The security deposit was promptly refunded. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with other companies. Go straight to Motobility Osborne Park.

Kone have the contract on our apartment’s lift at the Raffles. They lie and say they are coming to fix it when it is broken, and they blame other companies for their issues. Charlatans.

From when we first met Marc at Homebase, through to dealing with Andrew and Wes for the installation and commissioning, they have demonstrated the utmost professionalism and “can do” attitude. Their regular communication from start to finish has been excellent, which unfortunately is a rare attribute in dealing with businesses today! We are delighted with our lift and can strongly recommend West Coast Elevators to anyone who is interested in having a lift installation.

I went to Motobility in Osborne Park looking for a suitable bed to replace the old one. The advice I received there was very thorough and informative and the demonstration of the functiosn outstanding. Can warmly recommend.
